Our Patient Reception provides a sample collection service for our customers' patients.
Our customers can refer their patients to our Patient Reception in central London for sample taking. This service is only provided for patients who have a referral from a clinician or doctor.
Patients are welcomed by experienced professional staff into a purpose-built environment offering comfort, reassurance and personal care. The main reception and waiting areas are on the ground floor, with a suite of sample collection rooms and TDL Andrology found on the lower ground floor. Special attention has been made to the design of the interior, with comfortable seating arrangements, lighting and décor contributing to a positive patient visit.
We provide a quick, convenient service for patient sample taking. For children we aim to give the best care possible, making them feel safe and comfortable, whilst keeping parents or carers informed at every step. An INR/Warfarin dosing service is available.
Home visits can also be arranged across London, and out-of-hours samples can be dropped off at Patient Reception.
Change of opening hours from 15th June : 7.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 7.00am – 1.00pm Saturday
- No appointment is required for routine tests (a clinician’s request form is required)

Sample taking is undertaken by qualified staff for which a standard sample taking fee of £45.00 is charged to patients.
A nominal fee of £20.00 is charged to doctors and clinics for each patient.
